I have a myofacial tear in my neck which goes into my back...no cure in sight.
Injury is from turning my head to the right and grabbing my neck in extreme pain. Supposedly the tear is too small to show up on the MRI I had. This is from about 4-5 years ago and does not seem to be getting any better at all but a bit worse. The only options I don't think I have tried are the catscan...crap
