Could be any number of bacteria or virus diseases. Your symptoms closely resembles that of Syphilis STD infection which can be treated by antibiotics by injection.
Please see a doctor as soon as possible for a diagnosis.

I have a hard lump that doesn't move on my rib under my right breast.
I had an ultrasound done here (I'm in Iraq) and the Dr saw the lump and even showed it to me. It looked like a white 'dot/circle' to me. He sent me to Germany to get it checked out to make sure it wasn't breast cancer. The Dr's there did an ultrasound, a chest x-ray, and a rib x-ray but couldn't see it. So...crap
