Why do my arms hurt and have limited motion when at rest only?
Hi- When i exercise my arms by lifting weights, stretching  ect. I have little pain and almost full motion in all directions  When i stop and sit down or sleep my upper arms hurt painfully and the only relief that I get is by iceing them or exercising them again . The upper arm muscle always feels hotcrap

My health is pretty good. Age 63 and do about 20 minutes of exercise, arm weights, cycling and fott exercises.Have Peripheral Neuropathy (with no pain).
