hi, One week ago while liftingweights i had a headache develop quickly. Same again on tuesday. I've had a mild headache feeling all week now and another gym session today brought on another worse headache. Generalised pain but more on the right side. When i swallow my ears pop too.... any ideas??

I have little pain and almost full motion in all directions When i stop and sit down or sleep my upper arms hurt painfully and the only relief that I get is by iceing them or exercising them again .
