Exercise Options...???
I have been told I am only to walk or swim for exercise. Swimming is an almost unobtainable option... is expensive for just using the pool. The weather is turning colder, so walking will be an issue. I tried Yoga, but it tore up my shoulders, even though I really do enjoy Yoga. I guess I could get one of those walking DVD...crap

I have SVT and take 30mg Cardizem twice daily. That maintains H/R at or below 80 at rest.
During moderate exercise (walking fast) my H/R rarely gets above 130.  Is this still OK for fitness.  I am 48 yoa, female, 5'10" and 176 lbs.  I am afraid to push because of past experiene with SVT.  Can I still maintain good fitness with this activity 3-4x weekly?  Thanks, Anna Annacrap

Today I feel like 100
Some days are just better than others.  I did get some running in, with a lot of walk breaks, but still it was exercise.  I then painted the fence.  My wrists are killing me now.  I feel like such a baby.  Why do we do these things to ourselves.  I think I try to pretend I can do the things that others without the disease can do...crap
