Hi,   I started a walking regimen 3 months ago and have worked up to being able to walk 6.6mi... and when it gets cold I won't be able to walk outside anymore (temperatures below 55 degress trigger my asthma... when I walk to long my lower back hurts bad,is this a symptom of MS
IN the morning I can walk longer without the pain. If I walk or stand too long I am in alot of pain. The pain is in my lower back. If I lay down for 10 or so minutes it feels better but does not go away. When I do walk I look like a drunk. Have to walk with a grocery cart in the store or use a walkercrap

Ok I am still alive. I FINISHED the AIDS walk. All together I walked about 7.5 miles and lasted... to shabby for my first year I don't think.
We had a pre walk concert which included Debbie Gibson... do it again next year. I may even bring my son to walk with us and my puppy dog. I should have brought her this year...crap
