Hi Friends, Well it's nice to know that I'm not alone.  I've had RA for 4 months and tried a vegan diet to reverse the affects. It's not working for me and since the RA is spreading to my other joints I'm off to see a rheumy today and hope he can put me out of my pain.  I don't feel very encouraged...crap
