Well it's nice to know that I'm not alone. I've had RA for 4 months and tried a vegan diet to reverse the affects. It's not working for me and since the RA is spreading to my other joints I'm off to see a rheumy today and hope he can put me out of my pain. I don't feel very encouraged...crap

I'm on daily 10 mg crestor I have been on Vegan diet for 9 weeks. Lipid Panel this week = Total 140
I'm on daily 10 mg Crestor. Male, 57 yr old
I've been on Vegan diet for 9 weeks with plenty of aerobic exercise.
Lipid Panel this week =
Total = 140
Triglicerides = 47
HDL = 139
LDL = 65
Should I discuss with my Doctor eliminating the Crestor? The Vegan diet is easy for me. Using Whey protein...crap
I diet and exercise but why wont I loose weight?
I am on a vegan diet, and I go to the gym atleast 4 times a week but I still dont lose fat, I'm on a weight loss program but nothing seems to work, I dont understand because my eating has totally changed from before and I used to not exercise at all, so why am I not seeing results? I am 17 could I still be developing...crap
