I assume your son's physical injuries have/are being treated, but it sounds as if his mental injuries aren't. These can be as damaging to his health as the physical ones, perhaps even more so.

If you have new chestpain, see your doctor. That's the most important thing I'm going to write... out of nothing. And to be honest, less than half of the new patients that I see with chestpain actually have pain due to heart...
