Neck, jaw, chest, back and shoulder / arm pain
I am having a feeling of tightness in my chest and upper back / shoulder area.  My left shoulder is also hurting as is my left elbow.  My neck feels as though I have a cramp in it.  There is also stiffness and pain in my jaw and neck.  What could be causing all of this and should I be alarmed?   Breecrap

I have been experiencing some come and go pain in chest and left arm, very tired at times and some pain in my upper back.  The last time this happened (5 yrs ago)Emer Dr says unspecified chest pain as diagnosis.
