Workout method
Is is harmful to do a workout in which the upper body and lower body is integrated into one thing? Like do a set of curls, then a set of squats. In other words, constantly be working a muscle but from a different part of the body.  Is this bad good, or just the same as a normal workout. hiimjohn12345654321crap

i'm 13 and have fat in my stomach and thigh area id like to tone that up a bit, what can i do?

Do I need to eat more or less to lose weight?
I've been slowly gaining weight no matter how much I workout! Do I need to workout more or eat more? My workout have included 1hour aerobic class 1x a week, 1hour weight lifting class 2-3x a week, and running on treadmill 30 min. 5x a week. I have gained about 5lbs and can't seem to lose it. REALLY SCARED NOW!
I just have developed a rash on my upper body. Splotches on both arms, and neck. BIG TIME... and i expierenced the same symptoms you have a much more. What Causes Swelling And Pain In Left Upper Arm
I woke up a week ago with pain in my upper left arm. Thought it was just muscle strain.  Is worse now especially at night.  During the day if I keep my arm moving it doesn't hurt too much but, if I let it rest for a few minutes it is very painful to move. It hurts on the outside and with turning movements toward my body...crap

whats the best weights routine to build lean muscle
, chest etc so upper body stuff. i'm also trying to get my body fat down to around 4-9% and i'm not sure... i'm 17 years old and roughly 5ft 11 to 6 ft tall. i would like to know what workout routine... with only light arm and ab workouts on the wednesday. i train just before lunch and after each workout i consume 2...crap
