New Year's Resolution Blogger: The Un-Routine Routine
amazing how throwing your routine off a bit can really shake things up. Our bodies need to be tricked.... REALLY SCARED NOW!
I just have developed a rash on my upper body. Splotches on both arms, and neck. BIG TIME... and i expierenced the same symptoms you have a much more. I developed a upper body rash and also red splotches... can cause many many things in our bodies. I had soooo much stress when i thought i was infected that even...crap

My right breast has become much larger than the left. Also my right arm is aching and feels weak .
After a routine mammagram a lump was found which turned out to be a cyst. this was 2yr ago. In Aug 2008 I had an abcess under my arm which burst inside into my blood stream. I was admitted... before , it couldnt be detected through examination. I also know my own body. I am 56...crap

Again like the bulletin board at The Body. I have recently been having some health problems - got diagnosed via a routine physical with cardiomyopathy last month. All screenings negative so far with an angiogram that revealed less problems than my echocardiogram. Here is my issue...crap

Weight bearing exercises
I am starting my exercise routine again which is currently all cardio.  I would like to incorporate weight bearing exercise such as lifting small weights for my arms, push ups, sit-ups.  I would like to know if it is recommened to do weight bearing exercises everyday, like cardio, or every other daycrap

Living with Depression
Today I was watching George Carlin do stand-up comedy on tv with my friend, Val and he said in his routine that every 30 seconds somebody kills themselves. That made me feel really depressed.   Hi all,   It has been a while since my last update. Treatment is done, Tamoxifen everyday... and back to a pretty good routine. Trying to lose some extra weight gained but thats not happening so quick... But I went for a haircut (the second one) this time, and, well it was very nice to do what most people...crap
