Targeting problemed areas
Is there any way to control where the weight comes off on my body?  Once I start dieting and exercising I tend to automaticly lose weight in my breasts and butt, which makes me stop dieting and exercising.  I would rather target my upper legs, arms and abdomen. diansanccrap
