Get Cramps very easily
My health is pretty good. Age 63 and do about 20 minutes of exercise, arm weights, cycling and fott exercises.Have Peripheral Neuropathy (with no pain). Hi- When i exercise my arms by lifting weights, stretching ect. I have little pain and almost full motion in all directions When i stop and sit down or sleep my upperarms hurt painfully and the only relief that I get is by iceing them or exercising them again .
