This is a weird growth that some people are born with. It's called a dermoid. It can enlarge over time, as this one has. (This guy walked in this week is in his 20's. Time to remove it, don't ya think?) You can see it
to have approval on this process.
There is a video at the link that explains more. From the pictures below it certainly looks at though it has done something for the patient who had a brain tumor that grew back...
