I woke up this morning and my left tricep was hurting, almost as if I had gotten a shot in it. Its so sore and really painful. Has anyone else ever had this happen?

i am young and have only started doing a ROUNDED workout this summer (i was doing only bicep curls and pushups since february). i include pushups in my everyday/every second day workout and tricep pushups/overhead presses sometimes. NEED TO STRENGTHEN WRIST EXTENSORS/FLEXORS AND BRACHIORADIALIS...crap
