Active, heathy, skinny, high triglycerides?
I am 52, a triathlete, have very low body fat, and very healthy cholesterol and glucose levels. I eat well and exercise 5-6 days a week. I just had my cholesterol checked and was dumbfounded to learn my triglyceride level is 479! What is going here?

I was diagnosed with RA about a year ago. I was an avid runner and triathlete through my 20s and early 30s. Now at 40 I've been away from any serious training for a few years and I've added a few extra pounds. The first six months with my RA diagnosis hit me pretty hard physically and emotionally...crap
Pain and tightness in the back and hips
I was an avid triathlete, mountain biker, road biker, runner, up until about 8 months ago when I woke up one day with tightness in my low back and QL.
