Yes I have broken both wrist due to weakness in the hips, knees, and legs. I have had the osteo for several years. My bones hurt so bad.   I also take Boniva and have for a couple a years. I was taking Actonel.    I had to have pins in the wrist, each have been broken twist. I had a bone specialist...crap

Can torn cartilage in the wrist heal by itself, or is the damage permanent?
My left wrist has been swollen and painful off and on for months. I had an xray on Wednesday. They said I have a cyst and a tear in my cartilage and they have ordered an MRI. My right wrist is painful, too, but not as swollen. Anyone else have this problem? If so, what treatment did you have? Thanks! V Vcrap
