Why is my daughters ankle still swollen after 5 years?
My daughter sprained her ankle while playing basketball in 2004. Today her ankle is still swollen and it has risen to her calf. The military doctor have done x-ray, MRI and ultra sound. She had therapy, electrically charge and they gave her a stocking to wear. Nothing seems to work. Lyncrap

Hi!  When I sprained an ankle (badly) years ago, i didn't even ice it...When I had a serious car accident in '88, I gave it sme follow-up.  When I fell down a flight of cement stairs, head first, I saw it as a sign of God that I had yet an unaccomplished purpose in life for I donnot know how I survived that fall...crap

what does arthritis feel like
I sprained my ankle in may 2006, brostum repair to my atfl ligament in april 07. arthroscopy in jan 08. I don't have any problems with instability in my ankle but great pain. Stiffness comes when I don't move my ankle around. But if I move it too much, I get even more pain. It pops in the front...crap

Hi I sprained my ankle a couple of weeks ago (like end of september) and i didnt think it was that serious since i just strained the ligaments and it was just swollen tissues and nothing was torn or broken. I dont think i took the RICE treatment too seriously... i rested my foot but didnt ice...crap
