Just because you're mentally ill doesn't mean you're not sick!
No matter how well trained your doctors are, it's really complicated to keep our meds in sync... is nothing to fool around with.   I really do encourage you to keep some kind of health log, even...'t log daily sleep because I'm consistent but if I'm up or down, I note it; I don't log which meds...crap

how much effect will serious aerobic weight training preceding a blood draw have on CD4 and Viral load? My first CD4 in January (gym to Dr. 90 minutes max.) was 313, after my partner passed in February... 50 points is a common variation in CD4 and viral load is depending on logs...should I continue...crap
