Over the last 2 - 3 months I've been experiencing regular chest tightness/pain both on the left and right hand sides.  I also gets pains running down both arms and now feel a fuzziness in my hands a lot, in addition to regular headaches.  My back has also been sore at the base.   Are these symptoms of heart...crap
