Constant thoracic pain/pressure/tenderness with no evidence of musculoskeletal damage
I currently have chronic pain in my upper thoracic spine right between my scapula that feels as though there is someone pushing their fist into my back at all times. It has been getting progressively worse for about ten years after a trauma to that area of the back. No examination was done at that time.

kyphosis and lordosis of thoracic spine
