What exercises are good for thinning the thighs?
  I have had huge thighs and a small frame all my life.  Now I'm starting to get cellulitis quite  often in my thighs which can cause blood poisoning if not treated with antibiotics, and I don't have health insurance.  So rather than pay high doctor costs over and over, I would like to find a workout strategy to rid my thighscrap
