I have lost about 10 pounds...10 more to go...I'm trying to lose fat in my inner thigh area ( it tends to overlap around the knee area)...but I absolutely want to keep my butt! I love my curves. Hi! I would like to tone and build muscle in my buttocks and upper thigh area. I was wondering if running 1 mile per day would make a difference? I would also do other various exercises, like squats and lunges, for maybe 10 or 15 minutes, along with my 6 day-a-week Hip Hop Abs workout. What sort of results...crap

Dr. Henry,Right before I knew I was HIV poz I started having bizarre pain in the back of my thighs... and my right front thigh. I think its my nerves being irritated. My HIV doc acts like I'm crazy. But it really hurts and keeps me from my normal exercise routine. Hopefully this will go away on its own also...crap

The term "lipoatrophy" is being over-used.I keep telling you guys that when a patient's thighs and butt get extremely thin or flat, the main reason is that muscle is being broken down. But you doctors... suggests that a regular exercise program may help reduce or reverse muscle mass loss...crap
