Is it possible to be pregnant and test positive only once in 12 tests? the positive test was #6 (in the middle).
it could've been a chemical pregnancy or blighted ovum..both would produce hCG but not for very long.   There really isn't much I can offer as far as info goes- the best theory would come from your physian

One Blood test says positive and one blood test says negative???

If all those tests came back negative..esp the blood beta...then the chances of you being pregnant are pretty slim
Blood tests saying not pregnant....how soon or was the test too early?
The negative blood beta is accurate and was taken in a good window of time (meaning not too early).    
Could the preganacy test be wrong? Shoul I have a blood test done when I go to the Doctor's this coming Friday?
At this point in your cycle the test should be accurate. You can ask your physican if you want though about a blood beta-- thats totally your right
