You need to go to your Physician or GYN and ask for a p4 test... based on the result (if you have or haven't ovulated) you can request a course of provera/progesterone to restart your cycle

There are lots of possible causes for the pain you describe..., and have a proper medical exam, including a pelvic exam. The doctor may also want to do some blood tests...
I suggest that you take a first response pregnancy test and see what it says...if you are still having symptoms you might want to make an appointment with your OB.

PN Symptom?
Would an HIV related PN symptom be characterized by sharp, needle like, throbbing pain that occurs periodically throughout the day? It comes for a few minutes, then goes away completely.
