to hospital, they examend me and my cervix was closed, took blood test and my hcg was 16.  So Im pregnant... blood test which is a yes or no test.  It came back negative, does that mean I miscarried?? I didn't...
If all those tests came back negative..esp the blood beta...then the chances of you being pregnant are pretty slim
The negative blood beta is accurate and was taken in a good window of time (meaning not too early).    
At this point in your cycle the test should be accurate. You can ask your physican if you want though about a blood beta-- thats totally your right
you probably are not pregnant but probably having an annovulatory cycle (which is normal to have every once in a while).   If you want to wait it out then thats up to you.     Otherwise you can request a blood draw for
