Looking for a diagnosis and help for pain since June 2009

I recently obtained a Rheumatologist after testing positive for Rheumatoid Factor. This followed several months of foot pain, which was finally diagnosed as eripheral neuropothy.
There is also hand pain, mainly right hand, with some finger swelling and sensitivity. The anti-ccp test has also come out positive in the moderate range. My problem is that my clinical presentation does not look like RA according to my doctor. He is somewhat hesitant, therefore, to start me on the meds...crap

Is this RA and should I be doing more?
I have had pain in my hands/wrists and feet constantly for the past year as well as off and on pain in my knees and hips.  Initially tests came back abnormal but inconclusive.  The pain isn't excrutiating and I can live with it, but I have a very hard time opening lids, pumping gas, grasping...crap

I've had swollen fingers for almost a year. Burning or white fingers as well.
I've had swollen fingers for almost a year. Sometimes my hands burn and sometimes one goes white in the fingers. Tests show high SSB antibodies but not SSA. I've also had tendonitis. I can't tell if what I am experiencing in my hands is probably rheumatoid arthritis or too much typing. Opinions? traceysmithcrap
