i have back and neck muscle tension causing head ache which i relieve by stretching....i was stretching and i hurt my left arm and left chest muscle area...i randomly get cramps in my left chest muscle (very mild pain) never in the arm though i judt dnt want to go to my dr unless i have to i just dnt know...crap

auras, "optical migraines"
Last Fall, I had headaches for 3 months. It was suspected that I had "tension-type headaches" by neurologist. I had MRIs and CTs to rule out other problems. Those are under control without medication. But, now I am starting to have auras. I see my "headache specialist"/neurologist later in the month. Until then...crap
