My restingheartrate is betwen 50 to 52 most days but every few days( maybe twice week or once a week sometimes once every two weeks) my heartrate is 58 to 62. Is this normal?

I had a change in heartrate following surgery
I was physically fit with a restingheartrate of about 50. After 7 surgeries last year, my restingheartrate increased to about 72 and recovey time is longer. I have been back in training... and a mastectemy with reconstruction. How long can I expect it to take for my restingheartrate to go back down...crap
