I am signing up for a class next month, and wondered if anyone else with RA had any experience with TaiChi, I know Yoga is also a really good exercise, but my problem is, I have a hard time getting up and down off the floor, both of my ankles are really weak and so are my wrists, so I have a hard time...crap

I've been meaning to make this note for a while, but accidentally deleted everything I wrote the other day!
Just want to say, I started doing TaiChi for Arthritis a couple of weeks ago and have found it both calming and energizing. Not that I still dont' have to kick myself off the couch to get started...crap
