I am signing up for a class next month, and wondered if anyone else with RA had any experience with TaiChi, I know Yoga is also a really good exercise, but my problem is, I have a hard time getting up and down off the floor, both of my ankles are really weak and so are my wrists, so I have a hard time...crap

Just want to say, I started doing TaiChi for Arthritis a couple of weeks ago...@stlawu.edu.
They also have versions for osteoporosis, diabetes. If you can't do the exercise as shown, they encourage you not to push...crap
