How do I gain weight?

I was diagnosed +ve in 2003 with a cd4 of 35 but had never been sick or had any illness. I was under a lot of stress. I was immediately put on drugs and two months later, my cd4 had gone up to 350 with undetectable vrial load. Could stress have had anything to the low cd4?I have never been sick or...crap

My migraines started in 2000.  At first I thought that it was the stress of my mother's illness and subsequent death.  The intermitant eating and lack of sleep played havock on my body.  I lost 30 lbs without trying and couldn't afford it really.  I went from 5' 8" and 140 to 111 lbs in 2 months...crap
