i have a bad pain in my inner upper rt thigh
it started about 3 months ago i thought it would go away. it has only gotten more aggravating and worse. it hurts to squat or walk. when i sleep it wakes me up and i cant bend it from the pelvis i can bend it backwards but not front wards. it seems like it may be a pinched nerve. my daughter came down...crap

What would cause dizziness almost every time I squat, then stand up?
I have recently begun to experience dizziness almost every time I squat, then stand up.  I don't have any other symptoms and don't have any dizziness at any other times.  What could cause this? Ward 1957crap

Workout method
Is is harmful to do a workout in which the upper body and lower body is integrated into one thing? Like do a set of curls, then a set of squats. In other words, constantly be working a muscle but from a different part of the body.  Is this bad good, or just the same as a normal workout. hiimjohn12345654321crap

butt-wasting

Which exercises can women do to get their thighs slim and not bulky with muscle?
I run/jog 3 times a week, I do lunges/squats, and I occasionally do pilates, but I can't get my thighs to slim down. I am happy with the rest of my body...please help!!  jp1984crap
