Hi I sprained my ankle a couple of weeks ago (like end of september) and i didnt think it was that serious since i just strained the ligaments and it was just swollen tissues and nothing was torn or broken. I dont think i took the RICE treatment too seriously... i rested my foot but didnt ice...crap

I have a pain on top of my right breast going up to the neck and down through my arm.
I sprained my ankle about 8 months ago and experience the pain on my right breast everytime when I walk long distances together with a pain on my right leg. Could this be related to my leg sprain?
