What Causes Head Spinning When Lying Down
feels like head spinning when lying on back with head tilt upwards. Nausea, throbbing in ears, headache, sinus ache and sneezing often accompany the spinning feeling. Came on suddenly one day when I tilt head back. lil bitcrap
