Can I take Nexium at the same time I take levothroid, 1 hour before breakfast?

I have type 2 diabetes and high B/P
I have been on Altace and HCT for 5 years.  Also eltroxin and Lipitor.  Recently I am getting numbness on left side of mouth and tongue, lasting 2-3 hours every 3-4 days.  I am wondering if it is a result of my medications.  Also it is becoming harder to keep my sugar in the normal range.  Percycrap

Should I be worried?
