I experience pain in the shoulderjoint if I sleep on that side. I also have some soreness in the muscles on the back of my shoulders at times. I was teated for Carpal Tunnel syndrome. Acupuncture.... My left shoulder has been hurting since last May. I went to a bone and joint specialist. He took xrays and I had a MRI. His conclusion was that I had bone spur with a torn tendoin. He suggested surgery, but I don't want surgery. Is there any other alternatives? I took the cortisone shot once...crap

My husband is 45 and has recently developed all over joint pain (mostly in his shoulders/elbows/hands/knees/ankles) Anywhere there is bone connecting. It is very tender to the touch.
