I have a torn terdoin and bone spur in my shoulder. What can take?
My left shoulder has been hurting since last May.  I went to a bone and joint specialist.  He took xrays and I had a MRI.  His conclusion was that I had bone spur with a torn tendoin.  He suggested surgery, but I don't want surgery.  Is there any other alternatives?  I took the cortisone shot oncecrap

I Think I Have Done It Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well guys in my endeavor to be independent, I think that I have broken my other shoulder this time LOL LOL LOL  If you remember I broke my right shoulder in 2004 did not go to the doc...!  They cannot put a cast on your shoulder anyway!  But I will live I always do!  And anyway I got stuff...crap

Anyone have intense nerve pain around shoulder blade that goes up to the shoulder and down to the breast bone?
it also goes up into the neck and then over the shoulder and into the top right portion of the breast bone. The pain around the shoulder blade also goes into my arm and feels like a pinched nerve... and worse now! It's an awful dull pain that if the places on my shoulder/back are touched...crap

hi, my arms have gotten skinny. my shoulders also. my wrist the bone is stickin out. my question is . if i do weight lifting will that build up my arms? i afraid to do this cause i do not want my veins to show? will this make my veins in my arms show more? i rather have skinny arms then skinny veiny arms. what do you think. thanks...crap
