Has anyone experienced shoulder blade pain. I do have RA in my shoulders but the shoulder blades themselves are what is bothering me most right now. I can feel the whole outline of them and it is beyond tender and very painful to even breathe. My range of motion is pretty much "0" too. Its as of the edges are sharp and damaging...crap
