my daughter is 4 1/2- after frequent croup episodes -every month. and constant viral upper respiratory infections- we had a sleep study done on her.  They agreed that she has severe obstructive sleep... she would scream holding her stomach, choking and having trouble catching her breath almost- also having a croup...crap

daily fever and shivering !!!!!
since last 7-8 days i shiver everytime i go to bed or wake up followed by fever and mild  headache which is usually 101 F..i got myself checked for malaria ...but it came out to be negative....Recently i discovered that i also suffer from high Blood Pressure which varies between 140/90... i m taking a medicine...crap

Can the cough variant asthma sound like croup?
Can croup like cough be cough variant asthma? My 7.5 year old son was diagnosed several years ago with CVA. When he has a flare up it look/sounds like croup, only lasts a week, responds to steroids and inhalers. He usually flares up in response to an URI, and triggers once flaring are cold and exercise...crap

Still scary
