Runnynoses aren't common signs of allergies in dogs. Check to see whather the discharge is coming from one or both nostrils and how it looks: is it clear or cloudy, what color is it, does it have an odor...
That's not a lot to go on, but it sounds like your dog is definitely distressed about something. Consequently, I'd strongly recommend that you have her examined by your veterinarian.
