She is 41, often loses bowel control when running-especially in the first few miles
feel it coming on, must stop and walk, and still may not be able to control it. Also happened halfway thru a half marathon. Has to plan her training around bathroom availability in the area. Difficult to run races where it might happen. May have 2-3 bowel movements before she goes to run- yet it still comes on...crap

I have the feeling of open wounds rubbing together when I run, and now when I walk my normal pace.
