what is the longterm survival rate for a 44 year old male who had double bypass and smokes

I haven't had any further problems with my heart and I only take 2.5 mg of Altace and a 325 mg aspirin a day. I had an Coronary Angiogram done in January 2002. It showed two 25% blocks in the Left Anterior Descending Artery. Is it likely those blocks will actually have increased in size since then?
