Could this be Paget's disease?

I am having redpots in my areola area..It is too itching..i had my sonogram 3 months back...is it a breast cancer. Left breast is flaky and bleeding
My left areola is very flaky and dry, it also bleeds occasionally. The skin surrounding is also irritated, and bleeding(more on a daily basis, but not as much). My nipple is red and also bleeds occasionally. It's very itchy and becoming painful. I'm worried as it hasn't healed and it's been approximately...crap

itchy nipple and breast pain..should i be worried?
about 4 months ago i developed a scaly itchy rash on my areola. it went away for a few weeks but when it returned i went to the docs. he gave me some cream and said if it came back just to self medicate with the cream and i didnt need to go back. the cream seemed to get rid of it..but it came back a few weeks later...crap

19 years old - bump on nipple
