If I Have A Cough Is It Dangerous To Have Surgery

Help! My 8 month old has hoarse cry/Reflux
My DD is 8 months old.  She started with a hoarse cry around 5 months that would not go away.  She never actually throws up....just the hoarse cry and uncomfortable when sleeping.  Up until this point... her with reflux.  She went on zantac and was on that for about a month.  Her cry wasn't as bad but still hoarse...crap

Does burping bring up acid into the esophagus causing additional damage?
I was recently diagnosed with Barrett's Esophagus.  Initially my only system was occasional hoarseness. Thrush, Laryngitis and Advair
Is it the thrush that causes the Laryngitis and will it go away if you stop using the Advair ? I have had major problems with hoarseness, loss of my voice and swollen vocal chords in the last 2 months. I quit taking the Advair in desperation finally and my voice is starting to come back after a week...crap

Is RA really affecting my voice too?
My voice has been hoarse since 12/08.  I've blamed it on allergies; but even when my allergies feel better my voice still isn't right....it isn't always blantantly obvious to others but it isn't going anywhere?  Any ideas, thoughts, suggestions? Jenecrap

hoarseness with Advair, or Symbicort using spacer
I continue to have hoarseness with using either Advair or symbicort. I do use a spacer and I do rinse my mouth and even gargle with water also drink water after my treatment.  What else can I do, or it there another med out there that does not  cause hoarseness.   I am on  2 puffs  2 times per day.  I am controlledcrap

What do I do about severe reflux causing hoarse voice?
I am a singer that has experienced severe problems with acid reflux, causing hoarse voice trouble breathing, etc.  I have gone through the Nissons surgery, every reflux medication known to mankind, diet changes and various natural remedies, to no avail.  What do I do to stop this once and for all? Yawning!
I was diagnosed in April of 09, and soon after that I started yawning every time I spoke for any length of time, and my voice would lose it's strength and go hoarse.  Is this MS?  How can I stop yawning, I am in outside sales and this has become an embarrassment!   Monica Linda MonicaLindacrap
