Could be an hernia, diverticulitis, prostatitis, inflammation or infection in the pubic groin area. Maybe tylenol and ice will help with the pain but, please see a physician as soon as possible...

It might be a folliculitis (inflammation within a hair follicle), which is in most cases only a cosmetic problem. Can be treated by topicals (antibiotics). Check with a doctor for sure.

Seems like you have nervous system and disorders affecting it, pinched nerve or other condition. The high fever could be triggering it. You need to see a doctor for a correct diagnosis.

Fosamax and bone pain side effect
I took one Fosamax in the a.m. and within 18 hours I had excruciating, debilitating bone pain. It kept me in bed for 2 days. Why do your bones hurt, and can I take any other drugs for osteoporosis without the threat of the same experience? I am a little gun shy to try anything else.  I am 58 yrs. old and 5crap

Could a vitamin or mineral overload or deficiency cause severe pain in long bones and joints?

Has anyone had success with a Spinal facet Rhizotomy for neck should and head pain?
