I have prostate and bone cancer.  I am being treasted for both.  I have no pain, but I do tire easily and have dizzy spells.  A relative suggested I begin taking coconut water and wheat grass.  I am dubious about such recommendations.  Is there any validity to this suggestion? writerbobcrap
