Get Cramps very easily
My health is pretty good. Age 63 and do about 20 minutes of exercise, arm weights, cycling and fott exercises.Have Peripheral Neuropathy (with no pain). My upper arms are gross. Clothes that would fit me are to tight for my arms! It is a result... to cover the cost? I can't even hold or move my arms properly because of my wings!! I have thought... sir iam female of 28.iam having a lot of fat on my upper thighs and upper arms on abdomen and hips .but my fore arms and legs are extremely wasted ,as well as my hands and feets is this a lipodystrophy... talking to your dietician about an exercise and diet program to help reshape your body.I hope this helps...crap
