I have discovered I have a severe milk intolerance. I am now finding it impossible to lose weight.
I am a vegetarian and have removed all milk products from my diet, have switched to Soya products, increased the number of portions of vegetables to 7-10 per day. I also exercise for 1-1.5 hours 3 times a week but am not losing the 2 stones I quickly gained over 9 months. Any advice would be very welcome ?
